Provincial Fire & Safety is excited to announce a new training partnership with Brogan Fire & Safety, expanding access to high-quality, nationally recognized safety training in Kamloops.
This collaboration brings together two trusted safety providers with a shared commitment to practical, hands-on education. By working together, we are able to offer additional course dates, new training locations, and greater flexibility for individuals and businesses across the Thompson-Okanagan.
Our first course under this partnership will take place on January 23, 2026, hosted at Brogan Fire & Safety’s Kamloops facility.
Participants are invited to join us for a Canadian Red Cross Standard First Aid & CPR (Level C) course — a comprehensive, nationally recognized program designed to build confidence and life-saving skills for emergencies in the workplace, at home, or in the community.
This course combines interactive instruction with hands-on training to ensure participants are prepared to recognize and respond to a wide range of emergencies.

CPR Level C:
7 hours in-class instruction
8 hours online learning
Participants will cover essential topics, including:
Introduction to the Canadian Red Cross
Preparing to respond and understanding the EMS system
The Check, Call, Care approach
Airway, breathing, and circulation emergencies
First aid for respiratory and cardiac arrest
Wound care and bleeding control
Head, neck, and spinal injuries
Bone, muscle, and joint injuries
Sudden medical emergencies
Environmental illnesses and poisoning
Additional topics as required by provincial legislation
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a 3-year Canadian Red Cross certification in Standard First Aid & CPR Level C, issued digitally.
This partnership marks the beginning of expanded training opportunities with Brogan Fire & Safety, including future courses across multiple safety disciplines.
