Our Emergency First Aid (Basic) – CPR Level C course provides foundational first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills through blended learning and hands-on practice. Participants learn to quickly recognize and respond to emergencies using proven techniques, including CPR, AED use, wound care, choking response, and more.

This course meets or exceeds federal and provincial requirements for workplace first aid training and aligns with CSA (Canadian Standards Association) Basic First Aid (Z1210-17) standards.
